What is covered in our Residential sprinkler maintenance program?
Maintenance is charged on a per visit basis, which means you can choose how often you would like us to inspect without a price change. We currently offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly checks, as we try to remain flexible while keeping budgets in mind. You are free to change visit frequency as needed, and as always there is NO CONTRACT OR OBLIGATION!
Our sprinkler maintenance program covers the following items during each inspection:

Controller inspection for proper function and correct date and time

Visual pump inspection for corrosion and/or leaks or visual inspection of city water backflow(if applicable) for leaks and proper operation. Inspect and clean any Vu-Flow “T” style filters on
pumping systems. -
Visual inspection of each watering zone for proper coverage, adjustments for coverage will be made as necessary

Clearing of any clogged nozzles for spray heads (clogged rotors cannot be cleared and would need replacement)

Watering schedule will be noted in account, however we will not change it without customer knowledge or request

As an added bonus, for any service callouts in between your regularly scheduled maintenance visits, you will not incur a minimum service call charge, however you will be billed for labor time spent on site plus parts and your labor rate will be discounted from our regular hourly rate.
If during an inspection we find broken pipes, broken heads, clogged rotors, rotors that do not turn, nozzle replacements or any other items that need repair, an estimate for such repairs will be submitted to you in a timely manner.
In an effort to avoid delays for repairs needed, you also have the option to specify an authorized amount for repairs before an estimate would be required.
